DFW Weddings + Events

One event. One crew. Zero handoffs.

Photo + video, DJ/MC, sound, lighting and production — planned together around your event.

Why one crew

Fewer handoffs to manage.

Camera position, microphone cues, music, lighting, and room transitions all affect one another. Booking them together means they are planned together.

  1. 01

    One planning conversation

Photo, video, entertainment and production work from the same event plan.

  2. 02

    Fewer handoffs

Music, microphones, cameras, lighting and key cues are coordinated together.

  3. 03

    One place to make changes

When timing or event details change, there is one plan to update.

Weddings

One timeline keeps the whole day moving.

Entrances, vows, toasts, portraits, and the first song all depend on someone knowing what happens next. When media, music, and production work from the same plan, there are fewer handoffs to manage.

  1. 01

    Getting ready

Quiet coverage while the room is still calm.

  2. 02

    Ceremony

Vows heard from the back row, with the processional cued.

  3. 03

    Cocktail hour

Room flips, portraits, and the first chance for guests to talk.

  4. 04

    Reception

Entrance, dinner, toasts, and dances, each one a handoff.

  5. 05

    Last dance

How the night ends is a decision, not an accident.

Take only what your wedding needs.

Nothing here is a bundle you have to take whole. Book one service or several — the difference is that several are planned together.

What we can cover

  • DJ and MC for the ceremony, reception, or both
  • Ceremony sound so vows and readings carry
  • Photography and film, together or on their own
  • Uplighting, monogram, and dance-floor effects
  • Photo and 360 booths for guests

Asian Wedding Celebrations

Built around your family's celebrations.

No two celebrations use the same sequence. Some families plan three events, some plan seven, and the names, order, and emphasis change between regions, faiths, and generations. We start from what you are actually planning.

Common examples, not a required order. Tell us which of these you are planning, and which you are not.

  • Mehndi

Color, seated guests, and long stretches of music with no formal program.

  • Sangeet

Performances and rehearsed sets that need someone watching the cues.

  • Baraat

Outdoors and moving, which makes sound the main thing to solve.

  • Nikah / Ceremony

Quiet coverage, clear amplification, and respect for how the space is used.

  • Reception

The largest room, the longest program, the most transitions.

  • Valima

Often a different venue, a different guest list, and a different tone.

Shared planning carries between events.

Names, timing, venue details, and family preferences move from one event to the next, so the same ground is not covered twice.

  • Names learned once

Pronunciations, family roles, and who to ask carry forward rather than being collected again.

  • One media story

Coverage across events is framed and graded as one body of work.

  • Venues already understood

Power, load-in, and room details are known before the next event.

  • Timing that compounds

What ran long at one event informs the plan for the next.

What we can cover

  • Coverage for a single celebration or the whole week
  • Photo and video across multiple events
  • Baraat procession sound that travels outdoors
  • DJ, MC, and performance playback with cue sheets
  • Lighting and production sized to each room

Parties & Celebrations

Choose the time block that fits the celebration.

Most celebrations do not need a wedding-sized plan. They need the right amount of time, someone reading the room, and a couple of good decisions about what gets remembered.

Guests dance together on a crowded reception floor
  • Birthdays
  • Milestone birthdays
  • Baby and bridal showers
  • Anniversaries
  • Graduations
  • Retirements
  • Engagement parties
  • Family reunions
  • Holiday parties

3 hours

A focused celebration with one clear centerpiece.

4 hours

The most common length. Room to eat, speak, and dance.

5 hours

For a longer night where the dancing builds late.

What we can cover

  • DJ and MC who read the room rather than run a playlist
  • Announcements handled so speeches do not drift
  • Photography sized to a shorter celebration
  • Short highlight video made for sharing
  • Uplighting, monogram, and photo booths

Corporate & Community

Built around what the event needs to accomplish.

A sales kickoff, a gala, a community festival, and an all-hands are four different problems. Start from what the room owes its audience, then choose what serves it.

01

Entertainment

Music and hosting for receptions, galas, holiday parties, and community events where the room needs energy and a clear voice.

02

Microphones and audio

Podium, lapel, handheld, and panel microphones, with enough channels and spare batteries that a presenter moving around is not a problem.

03

Screens and playback

Displays the back row can read, video that plays with its audio routed properly, and adapters for whatever people actually bring.

04

Production and AV

Staging, lighting, and sightlines for half-day and full-day programs, plus LED walls where the room and power allow.

05

Recording and media

Photography and video that produce something usable afterward, for recruiting, reporting, sponsors, or next year's promotion.

06

Combined production

Multi-room programs, hybrid audiences, and technically unusual venues, where entertainment, AV, and media are planned as one.

What we confirm before a professional event.

  • Room dimensions, ceiling height, and where the audience sits
  • Load-in access, elevator or dock availability, and the setup window
  • Available power, and whether anything needs to be run to it
  • Who is presenting, from where, and whether they move
  • Rehearsal window, run-of-show owner, and who can approve changes
  • Insurance, COI, and venue documentation requirements

Questions, answered

Know what happens next.

Can I book just one service?

Yes. Take photo only, DJ only, or any combination that fits your event. Booking more than one service simply means they are planned on the same timeline.

Are the prices on your pricing page final?

The pricing menu shows what each service costs to start. Your quote is prepared around your actual date, venue, hours, and the services you want, so the final number can differ.

Which languages can you support?

Our team can communicate in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi. Tell us what language support would be useful for your event and we will plan around it.

Do you handle multi-event celebrations?

Yes. Multi-event celebrations are quoted around the schedule your family is planning — however many events that is, in whatever order they happen.

How far ahead should we get in touch?

Earlier is easier, especially for peak Saturdays and holiday weekends. If your date is soon, ask anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.

Do you travel outside Dallas–Fort Worth?

Often, yes. Travel outside the metroplex is quoted with the event, so include the location when you get in touch.
